Besides the free versions, none of the TurboTax products are free, unfortunately.  You are paying for the using the program and e-filing.  You also pay for the features including transferring the information from the federal and 100% accuracy guarantee.

I bought the premier turbotax because I thought it allowed one state free. I am so dumb. I believed I could trust intuit but I found out that I have to pay to e-file a state return. Well guess what? I learned a lesson today. Never buy any intuit product again.
