Do not mail the federal and state returns together in the same envelope! They do not go to the same place. When you print out your returns there should be instructions that tell you where to mail them.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.

Can I also get this link ? I’m mailing my 2018 and 2019 taxes and I don’t see where to send for federal or what forms for Oregon. Thanks!
First of all and this is very important...you have to mail each year separately! Or the IRS will miss one.
Where to mail federal paper returns

See IRS publication 17 page 290 for where to file
Okay so I need to mail my federal and 3 states I’ve worked in separate. How do I know what forms (w2, 1099, 1095A) go where?
@Lizurd If you are filing by mail there will be a page of mailing instructions that will print out with your tax returns. It will tell you the addresses to use when you mail them. Each state goes to a different address and the federal goes to a separate address. Attach copies of W-2's and any 1099's that show tax withheld
It is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track them so you will know they were received--like certified mail, especially for the federal return.
