Do I have to buy the Premier TurboTax package if I own a rental property? I'd like to just buy the Deluxe, since my deductions are pretty straight forward.

If you want to work in an online version of TurboTax, and you have rental property, then you'll need Premier online.  If you want to work in a desktop version -- meaning CD or Download -- then you can use Deluxe.
