I divorced in June of 2022 and Turbo Tax says I over fund my HSA. However, from what I understand the contribution amount remains the same for the time I was married. I immediately changed my contribution amount going forward but I don't know how to update this in turbo tax. How can I tell turbo tax that it should take this time into consideration.

you'll need to indicate family coverage for the months you had it and self only coverage afterward. that would likely require o to indicate that you had different plan types during the year in the interview process.
I appreciate the response. Its not clear in the UI how to break this up nor does it show away to indicate family plan.
