My 2018 return was rejected, how do I find the return and fix it?

My 2018 return was rejected, how do I find the return and fix it? When I click on TurboTax, it tells me there are no files found.

Did you use the Desktop program on your computer? Then your return is only on your computer. Start the program and go up to File-Open.
