It depends on whether this is considered taxable or not.

If your W-2 has nothing in Box 1, and Box 12 is marked "J", then you don't have to report it at all, you just keep it for your records.

If there is a taxable amount shown in Box 1 of your W-2,you would report this in the same place you report other W-2's: Federal Taxes>Wages and Income> Wages and Salaries (Form W-2).

My sick pay is non taxable.  So no amount  in line 1 BUT I had federal tax withholding . Will not accept  . Is there a other way to input or fo I have to paperfile

Where do I enter third party sick pay?

You definitely cannot e-file the form W2 with zero wages.  It is incorrect to have Federal Tax Withholding on zero wages.  However you could have amounts in boxes 3 and/or 5.  If there is withholding, you should contact the issuer to correct.  If there are zero wages, you do not need to file that W2.  Here is a link with some discussion on the subject.
