Did not know needed 2017 AGI. 1153PM found file with AGI. Are taxes now late because we filed at 12:28AM EST? If so, can we write & explain why? Will we be penalized?

We are getting a refund. I wish we knew ahead of time we needed AGI from last year and other info.

If you are getting a refund there is no penalty for filing after the deadline. Relax.
