Did not file 2007 - 2012 but I did buy a house on 2009 and i have not file any interests on previous years or the credit FTHB can i still do that? Buy 2009 sold 2014 august

The statute of limitation for filing a return for a refund is 3 years.  Since it's 2016 and you are looking to file a 2009 return for a refund, you are too late.
