I haven't seen your earlier replies/comments. I am having the same problem. My Tax preparer didn't include my healthcare info. I filed on Jan 20,received the letter from IRS (pertaining to the 8962 and 1095-a form) on Feb 21,faxed in everything on Feb 22,talked to a representative on 3/4,and it was received. Now comes the waiting game.

It all depends when the enter your fax into there system. I faxed mine 02/23 and spoke with irs today and they said it wasn't put in the system till 02/29 and it could be another 4 weeks before it has completed processing.  Dam hope it's sooner.

I called back yesterday because I still didn't see an update on WMR and a rep said that a letter was sent out stating that they changed my amount by a few dollars and that they have to give me time to respond before releasing my refund. I told her that's it's okay and can she notate the account so that they can finish it out and give me a date she said yes I'll have a date in 3 weeks. Ugghh I'm so frustrated. It's March 10 and i filed Jan 26 and they've had the 1095 and 8962 since Feb8. I won't be using Turbo Tax again I'm going to the professionals next year so nothing will be missed in the process. This is the worse experience ever!

I called and they told me I had to file a 8962 but the person on the phone wouldn't give me anymore information. Just told me my letter was in the mail and to wait on it.
After waiting for damn near 2 weeks. I called the IRS again yesterday and this attendant was soooooo HELPFUL. She checked my file and was able to tell me everything the letter said. She told me what papers I needed to fill out and gave me the fax number. She even waited for me to print the papers out and helped me go over them and waited with me until I faxed them. She also told me that the IRS didn't have a address for me in the system even though it was on my tax form. So they might have sent a letter but she didn't know who they sent it too (I'm not surprised!)
So I faxed in my Paperwork as of 3/9/16
Hoping that I get an update and my money with in the next 4 weeks.

I agree with you. I'd rather pay a professional the extra $300 and get my money when I'm supposed too than deal with Turbo tax again!!!!
