No one can answer that--we do not have access to your account or your tax returns.

Check to see if you have an online account and if you filed a 2016 return.

 

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

(If the IRS does not have a transcript for 2016, that means you did not file a 2016 return)

Hello it appears that I have two accounts and I’m trying to see if I filed my 2016 taxes with you guys or not

You can call customer support and they can look up your e-file record to see if you e-filed a tax return for the 2016 tax year. You can reach TurboTax as follows:
