Desktop Win11 Input fields do not show

Win11 TurboTax desktop program installs (took about 10 reinstalls)

but when going to update W2 the input fields don’t show.  Totally stumped

A few folks with Desktop....find they have to go to Forms Mode...to delete any empty W-2 forms that carried over from last year...then return to the interview to enter their W-2 from scratch.

For retired folks....some have found they need to do the same thing for any 1099-R forms they used the prior year..AND their SSS Benefits worksheet...all deleted in Forms Mode first.
