TurboTax Business 2025
If you're having trouble updating your TurboTax Business 2025 software using the "Check for Updates" method, you can get the latest federal program update here:
- Close TurboTax Business and all other programs except this browser window.
- Select this link to download the 291 MB update.
- Save the update file to your Windows desktop.
- Double-click the update file w_bizrelsuperpatch... on your desktop to install the manual update.
- Failing this, you may want to verify that you purchased a valid licensed copy of the software this year. Sometimes purchases from 3rd party vendors are incompatible with TurboTax downloads and updates. You can verify your purchase by checking your Intuit account:

Your license code should be included in your order confirmation email if purchased on a retailer's website, or within the package if purchased in-store. Check your email or your order history. If it’s not there, please contact TurboTax Customer Support.

- On your order confirmation screen
- In your email confirmation
- In your Downloads folder:
- Sign into your Intuit account.
- Under TurboTax Desktop 2025, select Licenses and downloads.
- Look for your license code under the TurboTax product name.
