My filling status is Married filling jointly. My son is full time collage student. He study abord oversea university. also he did live with us in 2021.

but we supported all for him. (He doesn't have income)

Does he have to filling tax return?

If he does not have income, your son would not be required to file a tax return.

I have an open tax return that never got filed because I do not have a dependent my sister Kimberly Mcguire was put on my dependent and I didn’t want to do that
