How do I claim a child that I'm a legal gaurdian of but there is no relation between us and she is not in foster care. Am I able to claim her as my daughter because they don't have any where you can put legal gaurdian. I have supported her 100% since 2019, and she has lived with me full time since then as well.

Do not you use My Child, use the Another Person. Then in the dropdown choose Other
When I claim her as other it doesn't give me the child tax credit or money back from my w-2. Is there anything else I can claim her as?

Correction - You can claim her as your child since she is a foster child under your care.
She's not in foster care.

Sorry, my mistake. I read your post to fast.
Since the child is not related to you in any way and is not a foster child placed with you by a court, then you can only enter the child as a non-related person who is not eligible for the child tax credit. They would only be eligible for the Other Dependent credit of $500.
