DEMAND TURBOTAX NOT TO DISCONTINUE CD FOR 2024 TAX YEAR

Sounds like The Turbo tax (intuit) management put profit ahead of customers.  Another fialied philosophy for people that do not understand their customer base.  That $1 it took to produce a CD for a $100 produce was just too much for your greedy CEO wasn't it.

You Turbotax people are completely ignoring your customers here.   Your answers to the comments are demeanign and offensive.   you are proving you do not understand or even care about your customers   

1. Stop saying it is just the same.

2. Stop assuming you understand teh custoemr internet and equipment availability.

3. Stop assuming your corporate leaders even thought through this decision beyond the profit motive.

4. Start actually listening.  You clearly need a different solution then you have offered.

Exactly correct.  the online and download turbotax are based on a philosophy that everyone has robust internet and a computer that is replaced every 3 years just like the turbotax office workers.  Replaced every year for the Executives. 

I think it is time for turbo tax to move their programming staff to the city of republic in washington state.   Use the local internet service and watch their productivity drop to 10% of its prior productivity.    The intuit company clear doe snto understand anything beyond their inner city capacities.

If that were true there would be no reason not to sell CD's would there?  it costs Intuit $.5 to create a CD.  If you charge $5 for them you would 10 times profit margin.   Far more then the oil companies profit on oil.  Something newsom calls "gouging".  Hence, there is no excuse not to provide teh CD's if custoemrs want them.

So if you do your taxes early the online turbotax program will do them wrong?   Gee, tagteam, that sounds really bad.  

Think about what you write you silly intuit people. Your excuses for being uncareing and greedy make no sense.
