Deluxe version won't load when I choose it. Is the site currently down? If so when will it be back up?

I was trying to file my tax returns. I could log into the site but as soon as I choose to move forward with the Deluxe verison of the site it will just site there and not load. I would like to know if this part of the site is down and is there anyone else having this issue. If this is and issue than I need to know when it will be back up an running

Please try these troubleshooting steps to fix this issue:

Try these steps to resolve:

  1. Logout of TurboTax Online
  2. Clear your browser cache (click this link if you need assistance)

3. Close and re-open your web browser window.

4. Log back into TurboTax Online

 If the issue is still observed, please check the following:

  1. Try using a different web browser to login to TurboTax Online and complete the return (examples are Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.)
  2. Try using your mobile device (phone, tablet) with a cellular connection or TurboTax mobile application (Android or iOS) to login and complete your return.
