Delivery Driver - Other Self Employed Income

For Instacart and Doordash (Self-Employed Delivery Driver jobs) I made less than $600 so I did not get a 1099-NEC.

How would I respond to this question from the screenshot below?

What would I put for "type of income"?

Would I combine the total amount I received from Instacart and Doordash or "Add another row"?

Even though you didn't receive a Form 1099-NEC, you are still responsible for reporting any income you earned.

It doesn't really matter what you put for the description.  Something like Self-Employment, or Doordash & Instacart would be fine.  No need to add separate lines, but you can if you would like.
