Solved: Delete a form to clear and re-enter it?

Hello. Where is "business summary"? I have spent 6 hours today on this nightmare. I don't have an LLC this year and Turbo Tax insists that I do, apparently. I don't want form 568 and I can't get rid of it. Please help if you can.

You can delete Form 568. If you have a schedule C on your return, you may have indicated that your Schedule C business is a registered LLC in California. If you don't have a Schedule C, those forms and schedules probably need deleted as well. @jilliangen
