Defective loop?

We're using the TurboTax deluxe; at the federal tax review phase.  The review reported errors, mainly zip codes and addresses that we entered while filling out forms for 1099R's.  As we fill in the correct spaces and go through the cycle, we get back to the first space to fill out again.  We've done this 2 or three times, before we decided there's something wrong, and stopped.

We don't know what's going on if it's us doing something wrong, or if we're caught in some unending loop?

Can you help?

I would try going back to the section where you entered the 1099-R form in the first place. It sounds like you may have an incomplete form in there.

If you see an entry like the one shown below, called Untitled, with no box 1 amount showing, delete the form by clicking the blue box that says delete on the left.
