Debit card not being accepted/process for efile payment

I hope you have resolve the issue.

 

In case you are still having the problem follow next steps:

 

  • double check that the billing address matches the one on your return. Small differences can lead to a rejection.
  • Make sure you entered the correct debit card number, expiration date, and security code.
  • You can also change your payment method (credit card instead).
