Received Customer Service Messages regarding E-file rejection reminder. But I don't see any rejection. Please help with what to do next.

Check you e-file status, what does it say?
I clicked on efile status check and both says ACCEPTED in green.
I have not been able to efile my Pennsylvania state return. First it says I cannot put Names in worksheet then it says it needs them. I just keeps doing that, I never get to file it. I paid $25.00 to file it, I have to mail it in so I would like that charge placed back on my card as I cannot use it and have n to been able to get any help with it.

You will have to contact TurboTax support for a refund of the state e-file fee. Use the key words Billing Issue
