Crypto.com CVS file

I have the premier Turbotax downloaded. I can't find anywhere option to import or upload the CVS file. Your Help Support says go to the Wage&Tips, but I can't find anything related to crytopcurrency. Help!

How do you sign into the exchange account? I went to turbotax.com and signed in but I am not seeing icons to the left as video shows. What am I doing wrong?

Will TurboTax add Crypto.com in the import list so that I can just export the data directly from the Crypto.com?

Crypto.com is listed as a Crypto service that you can import from using TurboTax. Please see How do I import my cryptocurrency transactions into TurboTax? for detailed information and instructions.
