Credit Karma web experience destroyed Turbo Tax experience

Near the end of the tax filing, Credit Karma takes over the process in leaves you with out a copy of your tax form or any messaging that your filing was complete. The Credit Karma Chat was only interested in upselling CK and listened to none of my questions (how do I get back to TurboTax ?. I had to quit everything log back into Turbo Tax and request a call for assistance. This was a very bad experience. I feel like I just paid a lot of money for TurboTax and now CK was holding me hostage for an unnecessary up sale. This ruined what was a very good experience.
