We're aware of this issue and are working to fix ASAP. Right now you can choose "I'll mail a check" as your payment option and mail the IRS a check or you can visit https://www.irs.gov/payments to pay directly.

I had to make a small adjustment to my NC State return; it required a small adjustment to my federal. TurboTax says I owe my full federal amount again. Am I misreading?
