My daughter is a college student in Alabama since August 2024, and she has 2024 W-2 from Colorado for about $3200, and I claim her as my dependent.  She is going to file Colorado State Tax.  For this kinds of situation, does she also need to file Alabama State Tax?

No.   Living away at school is a "temporary absence" from her home state of CO.   If she did not work or receive money from a job in AL, she has no reason to file an AL tax return.    If she works and earns income in Alabama while she is a student there---that will be a different situation.
