CK money spend

Trying to apply for the credit card money spend to finish filing my taxes and apply for the refund advance and it's telling me it's "having trouble verifying my identy. We're working on a solution, once we have more info we'll notify you." What do I do?

CK money spend

Wait until you're notified. That is almost certainly coming from Credit Karma, which is owned by Intuit but separate from TurboTax. Contact Credit Karma for support on their Money Spend accounts.

 

Edit: It might be coming from First Century Bank, N.A. (the lender for Refund Advance), but the "wait until you're notified" part remains the same. If your return is filed & accepted but your Refund Advance application is denied, your refund will still be sent to your Credit Karma Money Spend account once the IRS issues it.
