I am having an issue for my IA State returns. It says, "Check This Entry: Dividend Income Worksheet. Payer should not be left blank or empty. A payer name for this Dividend Income is required". Except I do have a payer name listed. It won't let me do anything to "fix" the issue, it just sends me to a screen asking me to file by mail. I have gone back to the federal dividend 1099 and tried editing the payor name both lengthening it and shortening it but to no avail I keep getting the error message.

There are no known issues with IA. You clearly understand federal entry and flow to the state. You have worked with the name. There should be no space before the name. Try one more time and make sure there is no space. If that fails, we need to move to the next phase.
