CHAT services for the deaf?

TurboTax has started not providing accessibility to the deaf, hearing and speech impaired.

Unfortunately Turbo Tax does not have those accessibility services in place at the moment; however please feel free to post a question here and we will definitely assist you.

Unfortunately, that did not work.  The committee could not help me regarding a service code I received from Turbotax that did not work.

I am more concerned that TurboTax is starting to ask for a phone number to verify one's account.  With today's computer technology - CHAT and secured e-mail - the cost of maintaining a rarely used separate telephone land line for a tty or smart phone service is unnecessary for the hearing and speech impaired.

My tax return was sent to the bank yesterday and it still hasn’t posted to my credit karma account

Your refund is sent from the IRS to the processing bank to the Credit Karma account ... so you need to track it down.   Each bank can take  up to 5 business days to post the deposit.
