Charles Schwab import says it worked, but no data imported...

Imports from Charles Schwab account into Turbotax indicate success, but nothing actually imported.

Charles Schwab import says it worked, but no data imported...

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anvi-Virus is turned off.

Charles Schwab import says it worked, but no data imported...

called intuit. was bumped up to a more senior support person. he couldn't get it to work either. he gave up.

(this is 2024 TT deluxe edition.)

(fwiw, he logged into my pc and had read only access.)

disapointed - may use another software company next year.

I am having the some problem using the downloaded PC version of Turbotax Premier (not online). It takes me to the website to import data, it says it was successful, but does not show the import in Turbotax.

Intuit IMHO doesn't seem to care. good luck.
