I have been unsuccessful when trying to import my Schwab 1099-INT/DIV/B forms. Everything appears to work up to the point I get the message "Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax." However, when I look at the forms that are downloaded there is only my personal info and Schwab's name, address & TIN -- but NO DATA.
I contacted CS Technical help and they really dug into it. They took it to the development group after the initial call where I gave them permission to watch/record the whole process from my end. They got back with me this morning (3/20/25) and told me they captured the CS content being downloaded to TurboTax and all the data is being sent, but evidently not being accepted into TT. There was nothing else they could do on their end. BTW, I really appreciated the depth of detail, resources, and time (2 days) they spent on this (and they thanked me for being willing to work with them).
So, where does that leave me and my 37 pages of stock transactions. There is always manual entry (time consuming and ripe for making errors), UGH! Unfortunately, TT does not allow CSV import except for crypto. Another option that I have yet to try is to convert the CSV to TXF and import the the TXF into TT. First I have to find a converter, then I need to find the screen whereby I can import the TXF into TT (I saw once somewhere). Hopefully the TXF will a clean import.
Last, I have used TurboTax for 25 years. I have never had this kind of issue with imports since needing the ability. Hopefully TT can get this resolved for 2024. I'll be checking the discussions next year before purchasing TT again.

as long time TT user you are probably aware but seen a lot of threads like this so just to check - do you have a lot of adjustments (Wash sales, AMD) or noncovered securities in your 37 pages of stock transactions, that's the only thing that needs to be entered at detail level to avoid mailing your 1099B to the IRS, the rest can go in at summary level.
Btw, I finally solved this problem. Using the Brave browser, when I am taken to the TurboTax page to get my forms, all I had to do was disable the Brave Shield for that site and all my forms with all data was imported. Again, my specific use case is: 2024 TurboTax Premier Desktop running on the latest version of Windows 11, the latest version of the Brave browser with VPN tuned off.
Hope this helps someone!
Thank you! Immediately solved my problem (and reduced my frustration!).
