Does Intuit even look at these?
Trying to get my $70 back. I have 2 charges from Intuit for $70 each. Since I only need one TT Deluxe, /i would like my money back.
I have been using this TT Deluxe for over a decade. Maybe I can get some customer service besides that robot voice that cannot understand my voice.

Sometimes that happens with credit cards and the duplicate charge falls off after a day or so. But call customer service and make sure you do not get double charged if it does not go away on its ownl.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
