Changing Turbo Tax activation code to athe correct intuit account

I borrowed my mom's computer to do 3 tax returns.  She had already done 5 returns on her software and said she had deleted it off the computer.  I installed mine, but it never asked for the intuit account information.  When I tried to use it, i realized it had registered under her account.  I'm guessing this will cause problems for me to efile my 3 returns.  How do I delete my license from her account?
