Change my order for Turbo Tax Advantage hard copy to On Line Turbo Tax Advantage 2019?

No one here can change your TurboTax Advantage subscription. You can cancel your TurboTax Advantage subscription and then just go online to use the TurboTax Online version.

How do I cancel my TurboTax Advantage subscription?

To cancel your subscription, simply remove all products in your TurboTax Advantage account:

1. Sign in to TurboTax Advantage.
2. Select TurboTax Advantage on the right side of your screen.
   • If you only see Sign up now, your subscription is already canceled or you're in the wrong account. Use our Account Recovery tool to get a list of all your TurboTax accounts, then sign in under the right account.
3. Select Remove product under each product listed
4. Once all products have been removed, you'll see the Sign up now button. This means your subscription has been canceled.

Tip: If you missed the cancelation deadline for this year's TurboTax product, simply wait until you receive your CD or download, then submit an online refund request within 60 days of receiving your product.

No ... it cannot be changed from download to online since the systems are totally separate entities ... The downloaded version is superior and cheaper ... so if you can use it you  really should.

What you can to is get a refund for the downloaded/CD version you do not want  and cancel future purchases ...

To cancel your TurboTax Advantage subscription:

3. On the following screen, click or tap Remove Product for each product selected. Once you've removed all products, you'll see Your subscription has been cancelled.
4. (Optional) To remove your credit card information from your account you can either:
   • Click or tap the My Account page link on the Your subscription has been cancelled message; or
   • Click or tap Update Personal Info to access screen where you can delete your credit card information.

@carter4211   Do you to get the download Desktop program or to use the Online web version?  If you are signed up for the Advantage CD you also get the download.  So you don't have to wait for the CD or if you don't have a CD drive.

If you want to switch to the online version you need to wait to get the CD then ask for a refund and pay for Online separately when online opens in December.

If you used the Desktop program before you may not like the online version.  It has less features and no Forms Mode.  You can only do 1 return.  Your return is only saved online so be sure to save both the .tax2019 data file and the pdf file to your computer when you are done.  In case you need to amend in the future or if you need a copy to get a loan or something.  You might not be able to access your online return when you need a copy.
