Hi. I was unsatisfied with the Turbotax product, so I requested refund online. Now it shows "Your Refund status is Closed", without decision whether or not the refund request has been approved.
The case number is one four nine 0586987. Please help. BTW, if there a way to message/email Intuit or Turbotax directly? @Cynthiad66
