Cares ACT 401k for 2022

I took a CARES Act withdrawal in 2020 and chose to pay in 3 years.  I was able to add for 2020 and 2021.  But when I go through the Turbo Tax process this year it just has my 2021 amount listed (which was 1/3)...I am not seeing where I should be adding the final third anywhere on here.  Is there something I am missing?

Cares ACT 401k for 2022

Form 8915 is used to report a disaster-related retirement distribution, and any repayments of those funds. For tax years 2021 and 2022, Form 8915-F replaces Form 8915-E, which was the form used to report 2020 COVID-related qualified disaster distributions.
