i need help to be able to type in the cide as it is auto deleting cause its only allowing numbers numbers not letters

Not sure what you are trying to enter. A routing number for a bank account is a nine digit number. It is not in letters. This is not something you want to get wrong. If you do not know for certain what your bank account number and bank routing number are, contact the bank and ask for them before you enter incorrect information on an income tax return. If you enter incorrect banking information your refund will be delayed.
