I have followed all the recommended steps, but it has given me the same "hit a snag" message each of the last three times I went around this dead end circle.
TurboTax has fought me every step of the way this year. First you wouldnt let me download the probram, now I cant log back in using ther remembered password from that frustrating session.
Is there any way to get actual help from you guys, or do I just take my tax returns to someone else? I have een a TurboTax user for more than 20 years, but you have made it so hard this year that I am probably going to cancel my auto renew.
To log into your account, I would try the I Forgot My User ID or Password, under the main sign in for your account, and see if you can recover the account that way.
If it is still not possible to recover your account, you can make an Account Recovery Request.
