Cant download any past returns

Ive been using Turbotax Online for over a decade to do my taxes. I typically do Home and Business since i am self employed. Anyway, while it shows my AGI for past years, I cant seem to download the pdf or tax file for any of them. How can I resolve this? Its obviously the right account or it wouldnt show my agi and other important information.
