Cannot transfer 2024 tax return to 2025 software. Continue button does not work. What are the alternatives?

I have selected the 2024 tax return to be transferred to the 2025 software. They continue button does not work after I press it. Is there another way to make the transfer?

Are you in exactly the same account and the same user ID that you used for 2024?

I kept fiddling around with the program and restarted it several times along with restarting my computer several times. Suddenly, it started working and I have no idea what I did to make it work that I had not done before. Thanks for your interest and help

I had the same problem, so I just closed Turbo Tax, then reopened it and now the tax return I wanted to transfer showed up in the box to select it.  It worked!!!

Same thing for me.  I closed the app, restarted, and then it transferred the selected 2024 file that it would not transfer initially.
