I have the same problem, and I've been told by two Customer Service reps that this is a known issue, and that they're "working on it."
At this stage of filing, many forms are being updated. Until those forms are available to file your returns will not process accurately. I suggest waiting a few days and try to submit your return again if not try again later. TurboTax is also waiting for updated forms from the state to be able to process your return. TurboTax has to wait for the states to submit the final version of the forms so that TurboTax can update the programs.
