Cannot save return 2023

When I try to save the return I get the message "file not found check file name and try again". It isn't found because I haven't been able to save the file. It is saving to the c: drive under users\documents file like it did last year.

My return is still marked as pending after three days. Used a new account this year, and it states my information was in another account. How can I be sure it’s filed
