Cannot open the 2024 TurboTax Program to fix

After the most recent update to the program, I cannot open it as it looks for the Activation Key. When I type it in, it says there is a problem with it and will not open! What can I do?

For MI state portion of TurboTax how do I find PIP - deduction of a medical portion of your auto insurance premium (PIP) . Saw it once, cannot find that screen again.
