After input my employer's EIN and Box 1 number, TurboTax said my 2023 W2 cannot be imported.
This also happened in 2023, when I filed taxes for 2022.
Before 2022 (inclusive), I always imported my W2 without any problem. The employer has been the same.
Any hint why it doesn't work? It's a bit annoying to type 20 numbers.
FWIW, my colleagues could import their W2 using TurboTax Mac. Is this a PC version issue? Thank you!

No, we would not be able to tell you why your W-2 won't import. Since many are able to import successfully, it's usually an issue particular to your computer.
If you can't get your W-2 imported, you may need to enter it manually or Contact TurboTax Support.
Here's detailed instructions on Importing Your W-2 that may help you.
I'm curious about the implementation of the "Import W2" feature, specifically its availability on MAC but not on PC for the same company. This discrepancy has left me puzzled, and I'm keen to understand the reasoning behind this distinction. To be clear, this is not just me. Other workers from the same company can import on MAC but not on PC.
As a user who invested $70 in a single-use software, it is disheartening to find myself manually entering over 40 numbers. I believe it's important to ensure a consistent user experience across different platforms, and the current situation seems to deviate from that principle.
