Cannot get TurboTax 2024 to let me complete "Estimated Tax Payments" section - SEEMS CONFUSED BY NO WA STATE income tax

In 2024, paid quarterly "Estimated Tax Payments" using the 2024 Form 1040-ES Payment Voucher via 2023 TurboTax help.  I want to pay Estimated Tax Payments for 2025, as well, and expected my 2024 filing to generate the Form 1040 ES estimated taxes for 2023 -- but, it is not -- even though I let it "pull" a copy of my 2023 Turbo Deluxe filing forms.  During use, Turbo tax will not let me complete the "Estimated Tax Payments" section.  It appears to be in some sort of endless loop trying to get me to complete the state estimated taxes for 2024 - but, since I live in Washington state, there ARE NO INCOME TAXES, that isn't possible.   I enter the data for the estimated quarterly taxes I paid in 2024 just fine, but, other than reflecting that those FEDERAL taxes were paid 2024, it does NOT set up to let me pay quarterly taxes for 2025 or generate the "2025 FORM 1040-ES Payment Vouchers" for next year.

TURBO TAX DELUXE, WINDOWS, SEEMS TO BE STUCK AND WILL NOT COMPLETE THIS SECTION SO I CANNOT GET IT TO CALCULATE ESTIMATED QUARTERLY FEDERAL TAXES FOR 2025.  LOOKS LIKE A TURBO TAX BUG.  Thanks for your help.

2024 Turbo Tax Deluxe:  "FEDERAL TAXES" ->"Deductions & Credits"  -> "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid" -> "Estimated Tax Payments" -> "Federal estimated taxes for 2024 (Form 1040ES)"

Please see this TurboTax article for ways to force TurboTax to generate the estimated tax forms.

Yep...the 2025 1040ES form preparations are on the <Federal<<Other Tax Situations page....not on the Deductions&Credits page.   The Deductions&Credits page is primarily for the Estimates you have already paid during 2024.

I have discovered that the access to the worksheet form for Form 1040 ES is now buried deep beneath changing the "W4" form; that is really strange. If you own your own business, you don't file a "W4" form, you pay estimated tax amounts throughout the year, yourself accompanied by FORM 1040 ES. I am pretty sure it used to be in a very obvious place in their "tree of operations" and when I searched for it in the past, it popped up. Not in the 2024 edition, though. (I don't have 2024 installed anymore, so, I can't locate where it was in that version.)

(I went ahead and updated TurboTax then opened my file and the interface has been cleaned up - and you can now "get to" Form 1040 ES (quarterly payments) from two different locations now - not just via the "W4" only.   So, working!)
