Cannot file amended Federal return as somehow amended State Return went through first.

For some reason TurboTax 2022 let me go through the process of filing an amended state return but it completely skipped over the fact I also need to return a Federal return. Now it won't give me the option to e-file the Federal return because the State return is pending. I really need to also file the Federal return.

No. This did not help. If it did I would not have submitted my initial bug report that showed that this solution didn't work. There is a validation issue where TurboTax see's that the State is pending and it won't even give the option to submit the Federal amended return. I have since been able to submit the Federal return after the State return was accepted. That doesn't really fix the bug in TurboTax that shouldn't have prevented me from submitting the Federal amended return in the first place.
