I get the message "Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag" every time I try to pay the State e-filing fee by credit card. I select "Pay by Credit Card", and expect it to come back and ask for my credit card number. Instead, the above generic error message. I have tried all the usual, i.e., closing and reopening TurboTax (2024 Premiere, CD/Download version), rebooting my computer, clearing the cache, etc.
Have been trying to file for 3 days now.
Can anyone help me?
