Cannot e-file federal return

When I tried to e-file my federal turn, it shows an smart check item to be fixed:

Check This Entry

Schedule C (...): Total Area of Home (line 30a) must have a value when the area of house used for business (line 30b) has a value. But the line 30a item is not editable.

How to fix this?

You need to go all the way back to where you entered the business information in in the first place.  Then you will be able to correct it there.
