Did the update 01/27 and this has not resolved the problem. How do you put a product out before fully testing it or do you put it out and wait for the customer to find the bugs? TT you need to get this right or you will lose customers and will be refunding them that purchased TT. I am very disappointed in TT. This should be a simple fix if you know what you are doing and if you are competent to write a tax program, you should know how to fix errors. I will wait until the 29th and try again, however if it still will not efile, I will ask for a refund and buy another tax software. I have been a TT customer for as long as you have been in business.
