When I select Fidelity Investments there are NO fields to login to my Fidelity Account.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Although you might be able to view or print your information from the website, most banks, brokerages and other financial institutions do not have the data formatted for import into tax software before sometime in February. So if you are wanting to enter it sooner, you have to key it in by hand. Or….wait until it is available for import.
If you want to enter it manually, click the option that says “I’ll type it in myself”
The question is whether this is a TurboTax issue or a Fidelity issue. Perhaps TurboTax has disabled the Fidelity login until the online information is available. One might assume that once the documents are available to download (and enter manually) then they should also be available for direct download to TurboTax. In either case, there should be a message explaining the situation and giving a date when the download will be available. Fidelity clearly shows the date when tax documents are available so either they or TurboTax should do the same for direct downloads rather than displaying a blank screen.
