cannot activate 2024 version

I need to file 2024 amend, but I installed it on 3/9/2026, it stuck at the activation screen , keep saying the key is linked to another email account

To fix this, you must sign in with the exact email that you used for the initial purchase or registration of your TurboTax product. You can use the TurboTax account recovery tool to find all associated user IDs. Then log out of any current TurboTax account, then sign in with the correct email.

If this issue continues, try disabling any VPNs, proxies, or antivirus software. Also, right-click the TurboTax icon and select Run As Administrator. Unplug USB flash drives or extra devices that might interfere with your installation.
